Infographic Map…

Having a catch up with Typography & Motion, and realised I hadn’t blogged this!! Here is my very first idea/mock up type thing for my infographic for typography in Bath:-

Its a pretty rough first attempt, I was a bit lacking in inspiration for the map and the layout of it. I don’t like the map, and I also don’t like the photographs across the top of the page. I think that idea could work on a less busy and colourful map, but it really doesn’t work on this one. I’ve since decided that i’m going to create a map that is like an old fashioned map, as Bath is a historic city after all.
