Guest Speaker Bella Gingell of Farleigh Wood

(Another late one)

Back in December, we had Bella Gingell come to give us a talk about running a business. She is a successful business owner of Farleigh Wood Limited. She told us all about what are the most important things to know when you are starting out, whether you are setting up a professional business or setting up a freelancing business. 

She told us about everything from taxes and insurance, to keeping a log of all your business and accounts. 

It was a useful and interesting talk (made more interesting by the fact that she brought in brownies!!) and i think although it made setting up a business very compicated and daunting it was such a helpful talk for all of us on the course.
